Most builds fall apart in the middle, when a wall is one block off or you run out of stone halfway up a tower. Every Minecraft build guide here is planned to stop that from happening. Before you start, you see the size, the build time and every block in stacks and chests, so you can gather it all in one trip. Then the build is split into chapters and small numbered steps, usually 5 to 15 blocks each, with the new blocks highlighted in red, named and counted.

The same build is also drawn as a blueprint, one layer at a time on a grid, so you can check any square before you place it. Where a build has rooms, an interior chapter furnishes them. Your place is saved after every step, on any device you sign in on. Pick by level if you’re new: Easy builds are short and use fewer kinds of blocks, and Hard builds are the long projects you come back to for weeks.
