Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of BlockyAtlas (blockyatlas.com). By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to them. BlockyAtlas is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios.

The service

BlockyAtlas publishes original step-by-step build guides for Minecraft, with material lists, layer plans and downloadable build files. Some content is free; the full steps and downloads of every build are included with a Pro plan, and a single purchase unlocks them for one build.

Accounts

You sign in with an email link or with Google. You are responsible for what happens under your account. To buy a plan you must be able to enter into a binding contract where you live. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Paid plans and purchases

Prices, plan lengths and what each plan includes are shown on the pricing page before you pay. Payments are taken through a merchant of record (Waffo Pancake or Creem, as shown at checkout), which resells the service to you, handles tax and invoicing, and whose buyer terms also apply.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. We email you 3 days before each renewal, and you can cancel in one click from your Account page; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Lifetime plans and single-build purchases are one-time payments and do not renew. There is no free trial that converts into a charge.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund of your first payment within 14 days, without giving a reason; the access that came with a refunded payment ends when the refund is issued. The refund policy has the details. Nothing here limits any right of withdrawal you have under the law where you live.

How you may use the guides

The guides, images and build files are licensed to you for personal use: you may build them in your own worlds, record or stream your builds and share screenshots and name BlockyAtlas as the source. You may not resell or redistribute the guides or files, publish them as your own, or use them to train AI models.

Not affiliated with Minecraft

BlockyAtlas is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Block names and game terms are used to describe the game.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the site running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
