Refund Policy

When BlockyAtlas refunds a payment, how to cancel a plan, and how to ask.

This page explains when you get your money back. It matches the refund section of the terms of service. Current prices are on the pricing page.

What you pay for

A Pro plan (monthly, yearly or lifetime) unlocks the full steps of every build, the complete layer plans and file downloads. A single-build purchase unlocks the same for that one build, for good. Payments are taken by card through our merchant of record (Waffo Pancake or Creem, as shown at checkout), which acts as the reseller and handles tax and invoicing; its buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

Refunding a payment

You can ask for a full refund of your first payment within 14 days, without giving a reason. For a subscription that is the first charge, not later renewals; a lifetime plan or a single-build purchase is a one-time payment and is covered the same way. Email us from the address on your account with the order number from your receipt email.

Once a refund is issued, the access that came with that payment ends straight away. Your progress and saved builds stay in your account.

Cancelling a plan

  • Cancel any time in one click from your Account page, without contacting us. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and we email you a confirmation.
  • We remind you by email 3 days before each renewal.
  • There is no free trial that turns into a charge, so there is nothing to cancel before your first payment.
  • Lifetime plans and single-build purchases do not renew, so there is nothing to cancel.

Your statutory rights

If consumer law where you live gives you a right of withdrawal, for example the 14-day right in the EU and the UK, nothing on this page limits it.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@blockyatlas.com from the address on your account, with the order number from your receipt email. We reply within two business days and, where a refund is due, send it back through the original payment method. Card refunds can take several business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

Please write to us first. We would rather fix a problem than have you dispute the charge, and we answer refund requests quickly.
