How billing works
- Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically. You get an email 3 days before, with the date and amount.
- Cancel any time in Account. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
- Your first payment is refundable in full within 14 days.
- Payments are handled by our payment partner. We never see your card number.
- Pro and any builds you buy belong to your account, not to a device. Sign in with the same email on a new phone, tablet or computer and everything is there.
Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Better: the first chapters of every build are free for good, 3 complete builds are free every week, and a free account adds 1 full build of your choice. No card needed.
What happens when I cancel?
You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account returns to Free. Your progress stays.
Will I be reminded before I’m charged again?
Yes. We email you 3 days before every renewal, monthly and yearly, with the date and amount.
How do refunds work?
Ask within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. Email support@blockyatlas.com from the address on your account.
Is lifetime really one payment?
Yes. You pay once and keep Pro for good, including builds added later. It never renews.
Pro or a single build?
Pro opens every build. A single build unlocks every step, layer and file of that one build for good, even if you never subscribe.
Can I pay in my own currency?
Prices show in your local currency at checkout wherever our payment partner supports it.
What if I get a new phone?
Nothing is lost. Your plan, your bought builds and your progress are saved to your account, so sign in on the new device and carry on from the same step.
